The Reserve is Reactive Living’s private sourcing and procurement service for clients looking for distinctive materials and finishes for their home.
We help source and procure imported and specialist materials, from natural stone and marble to fine woods, veneers, textiles, lighting and bespoke details. Each selection is considered as part of the home as a whole.
Whether you are refreshing a few rooms or completing a full residence, The Reserve helps bring the materials, craftsmanship and details together with care.
The Reserve begins with your home, your preferences and what you want the space to feel like.
We learn how you live and which materials and finishes you are drawn to. Then we help identify suitable options, including distinctive stones, woods and other finishes that may need to be sourced internationally.
Selections can be made for a single room or considered across the residence, so the materials work together and feel personal to you.

The material wardrobe
The Reserve helps clients source and procure premium materials and finishes for their residence, including imported and specialist options that may not be available through standard collections.
From stone and marble to wood, veneers, textiles and hardware, we help you explore choices, understand how they will work in the space, and coordinate them with the wider interior.

Some homes call for pieces that are not readily available from standard catalogues. The Reserve can help source distinctive furniture, art and objects internationally, as well as develop bespoke pieces with specialist makers.
We coordinate these selections with the materials and finishes chosen for the residence, so each piece feels considered within the home.
Private client service
The Reserve is a private client service that can include material sourcing and procurement as part of a wider residential project.
From exploring imported stone, woods and finishes to coordinating bespoke pieces, purchasing, installation and final styling, Reactive Living provides one point of contact throughout the process. The service can also continue after handover, as your home and needs evolve.
The Reserve can continue after handover. If you want to add new pieces, artwork or finishes, or refresh a room over time, we can help source and coordinate those additions with the existing home.
